1. Grade.

        You will be appointed as Contractual Personal Trainer as per our Company’s Policy.

2. Period of contract.

        You will be appointed as a Contractual trainer for the period of six months. Your service during this period is crucial in the sense that you may come under the company’s pay rule as a regular trainer depending on the service you have rendered.

You may also come under Company's Payrule during your period of contract depending upon your behaviour with the compny and the client's feedback abou you.

3. Working Hour.

        The Company’s core hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 5 am to 10 pm. You may be assigned any class in between.

4. Salary.

        You will get your salary at the end of the month at the rate of Rs.250/- per class.

5. Responsibility of Trainer/Employee towards the Company and Clients.

        Every client is trainer’s responsibility. Trainer has to take care of mood and willingness of the client to workout. Trainer should work as a motivator and train clients as per technical guidance given by company only. All equipment and accessories provided by company will be taken care of by trainer. If anything found misplaced and lost, amount will be recovered from trainer’s salary.

6. Intellectual Property Rights of Company.

        The company reserves the Intellectual property rights in the terms of service, Invention means any ideas, concept, information, materials, processes, data, programs, know-how, improvements, discoveries, developments, designs, artwork, formula, other copyrightable works and techniques and all intellectual property rights therein. Our offer of employment is conditional upon you agreeing to and abiding by the “confidentiality and proprietary information agreement.

7. Resignation.

        In the event of leaving our company, you need to inform before 15 days along with a resignation letter. You will be free to leave company on approval.

8. Termination.

        Company may terminate your employment at any time for cause. Company has right to dismiss and terminate any officials and trainer if found guilty doing wrong, immoral, hamper company face value , confidential report leak out, submission of fake document, hamper intellectual property and any work that go against company’s favor.
